I’m not sure who made the decision to change from being able to schedule a bulk pickup twice a year to the designated weeks the town has set.
it should go back to the old way! I was told to put my trash for bulk pickup out on my lawn on August 2nd. Today is August 13th and my trash still has not been picked up. The town looks like a dump with everyone’s trash just sitting there. I called Waste Management and was told it was a town decision to change the process.
in the past, I would call to schedule a pickup, put my stuff out the night before and it was gone the next day. Driving around Norwichtown, I see a lot of other people’s bulk pickup hasn’t been taken yet as well. Please change it back to the old way!
