Community Garden - Grant available from state currently

I propose a community garden. Currently there is funding for this. We are still considered "distressed" and are eligible.
We just need:
- Space
- 50% match
- Apply for funding.

The city of New London has New London Fresh.
This org also conducts workshops about fresh food. A community garden would bring people together and be of great benefit to Norwich!
