Grocery or Convenience store downtown would be wonderful. Also, a pharmacy. Those that love downtown don't want to always take a bus to go get things. Could also be easier for those that come downtown for services to take care of errands than making multiple trips around town.

A pharmacy would be a great addition to downtown and a convenient one for many folks in the area during the day.
