I would allocate as much as possible for capital improvements and infrastructure projects, focused on available affordable housing. From small single family starters, to multi-home, and apartments. Efficiency apartments/studio spaces/building units are being redesigned and reimagined as economically cost conscious in many countries.

It’s not lost on me the amount of behind the scenes work and factors that are in play to make even the smallest change in our city. It’s so much easier said then done, and that is what a lot of residents may not fully understand.

I just want t to highlight the need for housing everywhere in Norwich as a priority.
