To address speeding vehicles in residential areas

With how dangerous driving around some of the town's roads are especially during rush hours. I want to recommend that we have some roads with removable speed tables. This would act as a speed bump if you were to go over 25/35 depending on the design. One area off the top of my head that would benefit heavily from this is the area neighborhood next to three rivers. The college kids and employees speed up/down new London tpke as well as sycamore Rd making it not a safe place to walk around during rush hours. I would propose speed tables on new London tpke between 82 and sycamore Rd, nordon ave and Manwearing Rd. lastly one on sycamore between Surrey ln and Homewood pl. This would allow one way out for vehicles that are lowered that would not be able to make it over speed bumps. Alternatively the town could close the section of Surrey ln that connects to 82 as it is just used as a cut through. I am sure there are plenty of other areas of town that would benefit from this as well.
