DRAFT POCD is Available for Review

Deanna Rhodes•3 years ago The City of Norwich announces that the Draft of the City of Norwich Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) IS NOW available digitally for review and download from the Planning and Neighborhood Services Department page https://www.norwichct.org/246/Planning- Neighborhood-Services on the City’s website www.norwichct.org. A paper copy of the draft POCD is also available for review in the Norwich City Clerk’s Office at 100 Broadway. The Public Hearing regarding the adoption of the POCD will be at the Hybrid Regular meeting of the Commission on the City Plan scheduled for August 15, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The Agenda with Zoom link and other pertinent information will be posted approx. one week in advance of the meeting. Should you have any questions, please reach out to Dan Daniska, City Planner at ddaniska@cityofnorwich.org.
